Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping times vary by destination:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Caribbean & Africa: 10–21 business days
- All other countries: 10–21 business days
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Rich Girl Luxury Hair is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Rich Girl Luxury Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@richgirlluxuryhair.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
